Want to stop managing time to avoid burnout?

Embrace a mindful shift in your connection with time.

Embark on the Befriending Time Quest to craft a new narrative of time in your life and rediscover Time as your friend in life's journey.

One of the most frequent concerns I receive from clients is around the experience of Time scarcity.

(psst... this is how colonization feels in the body)

Because our Time has been:

• stolen ‡

• divided + perfected

• commodified

• outsourced ‡

• foreclosed ‡

Reclaiming and repairing our relationship with Time includes a perceptual and haptic shift (embodied knowing) in our relationship with Time and ourselves.

It all comes down to our relationship with Time.

I can show you how to tend to your Time,

befriend Time through Flow.

‡ h/t to Dr. Brittney Cooper for stolen Time, Tyson Yunkaporta for outsourced Time, and Estelle Ellison for foreclosed Time.

Busy is a state of disconnection, depletion, disrepair.

“Ixchel is a business and leadership strategist

who bridges the edgy world of politics and business with the spirit realm:

where we come from, and where we need to tap into in order to be the INITIATED LEADERS we can be.

If you’re ready to take a step back and look at

what your ELEMENTAL FLOW is

(and what distracts you, and what you need to let go of, and what you need to claim)…

and leave behind unsustainable patterns, and other stuff you subconsciously do to sabotage yourself and lessen the impact you make…

as well as healing the trauma and fatigue that comes from being a leader and trailblazer in a world that moves quickly

(too quickly some times)…

Ixchel will offer you the sacred space, wisdom and tangible rituals to guide you to flow states –

so you can go out into the world,

making your biggest impact

no longer tapped out and scattered,

but filled with renewed energy, deep focus and JOY.”

Land Lineage

I was raised and bore children on the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Coast and Central Valley Miwok (colonized as Petaluma, CA) and Nisenan (colonized as Sacramento and Fair Oaks, CA), past, present, and future. I also write, work, and live at the base of Huitepec in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Winik Atel (Tzeltal) and Batsil Winik’ Otik (Tzotzil), past present and future, in what is known as San Cristobal Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico.
